I LOVE THIS PIE. Quick, easy, full of flavor, refreshing... Here it is:
Creamy Lemon Pie
1 ¾ cups cold milk
2 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Vanilla instant pudding
6 oz. lemonade concentrate thawed.
1 8 oz. Tub cool whip
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with whisk for 30 seconds. Add lemonade concentrate. Beat with wire whisk 30 seconds. (mixture will be thick) Immediately stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours until set. Garnish with lemon slices if desired. Store leftover pie in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.
