Austin turned one April 19th. It took me a while, but I finally got his 1 year old pictures done. They turned out pretty cute. He was cooperative for about 5 minutes, then it turned ugly so the photographer just gave up. She said she had some cute shots already. I'm so glad that the first year is over!! I love how much babies change and grow the first year, but I look forward to their independence when they're toddlers. He's now finally walking all the time. He crawled a LOT longer than Greta ever did.
On another note, we went to the Farmers market in downtown Puyallup a couple of weeks ago. It is every Saturday in the Spring and Summer. They sell fresh produce, flowers, crafts, furniture, and FOOD! There's live music and lots of fun things for kids to do. All of us enjoyed it.
One other thing to talk about. It's flippin' hot this week! We are NOT enjoying it one bit. We were driving in the car yesterday and it was registering at 103. Cameron is trying really hard to get the deck finished before his Grandparents come into town on Tuesday, but the heat is working against him. The deck is in the direct sun for most of the day. I didn't want him to get heat stroke so we went shopping yesterday afternoon instead :) I did fill up the little pool for Greta, Austin, and Simba. They were having so much fun I thought I'd take a few pictures. Well, the fun lasted for 5 minutes. I was sitting there talking to Lydia when I noticed most of the water was gone. I thought "how could they splash THAT much??" Then I looked at Austin... he had the plug in his hand. I put it back in to save the last couple of inches of water, but he just pulled the plug again!

Looks like good times at your house!! I love the one year old pictures. Sometimes it is so hard to get your kids to sit still for a picture!
I love that video clip of the prophets and apostles! So cute!
