"If a child is to keep alive his inborn sense of wonder, he needs the companionship of at least one adult who can share it, rediscovering with him the joy, excitement and mystery of the world we live in." - Rachel Carson
I'm very excited that the mall just 2 minutes away from us has finally put in a play area!! Now I can let my kids let off some steam on a rainy day, and I can just sit there, relax, and watch them play! They had a big opening day kickoff party. Cinderella was there. She sang songs. There were clowns doing face painting and balloon animals. There was a catered lunch by the Olive Garden. It was a great time! After the party, Granny took Greta to see Madagascar 2. It was Greta's first movie. She loved it, and got to go looking like a tiger thanks to the face painting! It was a long, exhausting, glorious day. I can't wait to go back! Oh, I forgot to mention the best part about it! It's located right next to Cameron's office! He can come out and say hi to us when we're playing. The pictures are from my cell phone, not the best quality.
