We had a "craft night" with our lovely friend, Blossom. She brought these awesome cupcakes filled with carmel. Sheesh! I almost shed a tear over that beautiful cupcake. It made all my cares disappear. Cupcakes are awesome. Here's how they're made:
1 Spice cake mix
1 apple, peeled and grated
store bought carmel dip
cream cheese frosting
Mix the cake mix according to directions, then stir in the apples. Fill the cupcake pan, then drop a dollop of the carmel right in the center of the batter. These will drop down into the batter when they bake. Frost. Just be careful when you're peeling off the little cupcake wrapper when you are eating them. If you tear into it like you want to (cuz they're THAT good), the bottom will rip off, taking the carmel with it. This would be a travesty. Peel with caution. Show some refrain, already!

Maybe Greta will grow to be a world famous photographer! Have you seen those cute kid digital cameras? I think they are made by fisher price.
