Cameron's mom, Fawnette, had brain surgery today. She had a tumor, and it was removed successfully! We are very pleased with the outcome, but there is a long road of recovery ahead of her. On a lighter note, we have been trying to explain what is happening to Greta so she isn't shocked to see her Grandma in the hospital. Well, Cam got out her human body book and had Greta point to where the brain is. He went on to explain that the doctor shaved a strip of hair off of her head, went in there and took out something about the size of a grape that wasn't supposed to be in there. Then she said this: " I'm going to see Grandma and laugh because she has a funny haircut." Then she grabbed Cameron's phone and pretended to call Grandma. "Grandma, you have a funny haircut! hehehehe! Did the doctor get the grape out of your brain? That's good. You're sleeping at the hospital tonight. That's so funny! hehehehe!" Yep. Cam got through to her.
